Toorak Gardens

The owners wanted a formal, high visual impact garden. Simple but effective use of Murraya and Japanese Box hedges form the structure of this garden, with the focal point into the pool to a large pot water feature. A side garden, usually problematic areas, was transformed via the use of slim Pyrus Capitol and yellow Clivia mass planted to great effect. Asiatic jasmine forms a ground cover under the Clivia. The front garden water feature is tiered to make a waterfall and generate water noise that permeates through the front office. A gentle tiered stair approach was installed to the front verandah, which has Ficus pumila grown on the stone to green the space further.
